LONDON (Alliance News) - Impax Environmental Markets PLC on Thursday said East Riding Of Yorkshire Council reduced its holding from investment trust.
In a transaction on Monday, the council cut its holding to below notifiable level, having previously held 7.9% interest.
Shares in Impax were trading 0.6% higher on Thursday at 267.52 pence each.
