LONDON (Alliance News) - Digital marketing software provider DotDigital Group PLC on Wednesday said it has appointed interim Chief Executive Milan Patel to the role on a permanent basis.
Patel had taken on the role from Simone Barratt in January after Barratt had taken leave due to illness. Barratt will no longer be returning to the business in order to fully focus on her recovery, DotDigital said.
Patel will continue handling his existing role as chief financial officer until a replacement is found.
Shares in DotDigital were trading flat at 48.00 pence Wednesday.
