LONDON (Alliance News) - Yew Grove REIT PLC on Monday said several directors bought shares in the company in a separate transactions on Friday worth about EUR2.8 million.
Chief Executive Officer Jonathan Laredo purchased 2.5 million shares at a price of EUR1.0 per share, while Chief Financial Officer Charles Peach obtained 251,440 shares at the same price.
Chairman Barry O'Dowd, Non-Executive Director Brian Owens, and Independent Non-Executive Director Eimear Moloney each bought 25,000 shares at EUR1.0 each.
Shares in Yew Grove were untraded on Monday, last traded at EUR1.05 each.
