DIRECTOR DEALINGS: XLMedia Non-Executive Director Weihs Buys Shares

(Alliance News) - XLMedia PLC said Thursday Non-Executive Director Ory Weihs purchased GBP44,500 worth of company shares on Friday.

Weihs bought 100,000 shares at a price of 44.5 pence per share.

Following the transaction, Weirs held over 7 million shares, reflecting a 3.8% interest in the digital marketing company.

XLMedia shares were trading 2.1% higher at 44.90 pence per share on Thursday morning in London.
