DIRECTOR DEALINGS: XLMedia Boss Simms Buys GBP233,000 In Shares

(Alliance News) - XLMedia PLC, a provider of digital marketing services, said that Chief Executive Officer Stuart Simms purchased GBP232,752 worth of shares on Wednesday.

Simms bought 879,973 shares at 26.45 pence per share. Following the purchase, Simms has a total beneficial interest in 879,973 shares, representing 0.47% of the company's share capital.

Shares in the company closed at 27.03p each, up 13%, in London on Wednesday.
