LONDON (Alliance News) - Sabien Technology Group PLC Thursday said Rosena Monaghan, the wife of Non-Executive Director Karl Monaghan, sold 32,940 shares at 35 pence per share on January 9, and her ISA purchased 32,594 shares at 35.1 pence per share on the same date.
As a result of this transaction Karl Monaghan now holds directly and indirectly through his wife 1.3 million shares representing 4% of the issued share capital.
Shares in the energy saving device company traded down 11% at 32.20p Thursday, placing it amongst the biggest losers in the AIM-All Share Index.
