DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Vehicle Of Gear4music Non-Executive Sells Again

LONDON (Alliance News) - Gear4music (Holdings) PLC on Wednesday said Key Capital Partners Ltd, a vehicle connected to Non-Executive Director Peter Armitage, sold 240,000 shares at 210 pence each on Wednesday.

KCP also sold 1.8 million shares at 210 pence each on Monday.

After the sale KCP's interest in Gear4music is now in 2.8 million shares, representing approximately 14% of the issued share capital.

Shares in the online musical instruments and equipment retailer were down 3.8% at 222.60p Friday.
