LONDON (Alliance News) - Van Elle Holdings said Friday Group Operations Director Ian Jones and his wife Julie sold 430,000 shares between them at a price of 90.0 pence per share on Thursday.
Ian sold 30,000 shares, while Julie disposed of 400,000 shares, for a total of GBP27,000 and GBP360,000 each. It has not been disclosed how many shares the Joneses now hold in total.
Shares in the geotechnical engineering firm were down 3.6% at 90.10 pence on Friday.
