LONDON (Alliance News) -Artemis VCT PLC said Friday that two of its non-executive directors acquired shares in the company.
Calum Paterson bought 84,966 shares at 66.125 pence each for a total consideration of GBP56,790. Edward Murray purchased 25,000 shares at the same price for GBP16,674.
The total shareholding of the directors following the purchases was not disclosed.
Shares in the venture capital trust were trading up 2.8% at 68.89p each on Friday.
