(Alliance News) - Artemis VCT PLC on Thursday declared the payment of a special dividend of 4.00 pence per share.
In addition to that, the investment company said it will also pay a second interim dividend of 2.00p per share. This second interim payout will be in place of a final dividend.
These dividends will be paid on November 29, Artemis VCT said, to those shareholders on the register on October 25. This results in total dividends for the year to the end of September of 12.00p per share.
Artemis VCT shares were untraded on Thursday in London, last closing at 36.10p each.
