DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Treatt Non-Exec Director Richard Illek Sells Shares

(Alliance News) - Treatt PLC said Friday its Non-Executive Director Richard Illek sold 32,000 shares in the company.

In a transaction on Wednesday, Illek sold 16,000 shares at a price of GBP5.05 each, worth GBP80,800.

Meanwhile on a transaction on Thursday he sold another 16,000 shares for the price of GBP5.05 each, also worth GBP80,800.

Treatt shares were trading 1.6% lower in London at 502.00 pence each on Friday.
