LONDON (Alliance News) - Terra Capital PLC Wednesday said non-executive director Filip Montort bought 100,000 shares at a price of USD0.8015 each Tuesday.
Following this transaction, Montort holds 588,393 shares, which represents 0.86% stake in the firm.
Shares in the real estate company were trading down 2.5% at USD0.800 Wednesday morning.
