(Alliance News) - Ten Lifestyle Group PLC on Friday said its Chief Executive Officer Alex Cheatle purchased 25,755 shares in the concierge services platform provider.
The CEO purchased the stock at 78 pence per share, GBP20,089 altogether.
The purchase means Cheatle now holds 11.1 million shares in the company, a 14% stake.
Shares in the firm closed 8.0% lower at 76.35 pence each in London.
