LONDON (Alliance News) - Telit Communications PLC on Thursday said Non-Executive Director Harald Rosch bought 250,000 shares in a deal on Tuesday.
Rosch bought the shares at a price of 184.60 pence each, for a total of GBP461,500.
The shares represent Rosch's total holding, and is just under 0.2% of the company's issued share capital.
Telit shares were up 2.2% at 189.00 pence on Thursday.
