(Alliance News) - TalkTalk Telecom Group PLC on Monday said Executive Director Charles Dunstone acquired shares in the television, telecommunications and internet services provider.
In a transaction on Friday last week, Dunstone bought 1.0 million shares at a price of 105.42p each, worth GBP1.1 million.
TalkTalk shares were trading down 0.5% in London on Monday at 105.10p each.
Dunstone's resulting holding in TalkTalk, following this transaction, was not reported.
