DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Amerisur CEO Associate, Non-Exec Buy Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Thursday.----------Amerisur Resources said Tracarta, a company in which Amerisur Chief Executive John Wardle holds an interest, acquired 428,000 shares at a price of 17.516 pence per share on Wednesday. Following this GBP74,968 transaction, Tracarta holds 31.1 million shares in Amerisur, reflecting a 2.6% stake. Wardle is co-owner of Tracarta.Also on Wednesday, Independent Non-Executive Director Dana Coffield bought 469,850 shares at an average of 17.96p per share for a total of GBP84,385.Coffield now holds 1.1 million Amerisur shares, representing a 0.1% stake.Shares in Amerisur closed up 8.9% at 19.28p in London. ----------Utilico Emerging Markets Trust said several non-executive directors acquired a combined GBP39,000 in shares in the investment trust. Anthony Muh bought 7,914 shares at a price of 206p each, totalling GBP16,303, while Garry Madeiros acquired 4,945 at the same price, totalling GBP10,187.
