LONDON (Alliance News) - STV Group PLC Tuesday said Chairman Margaret Ford acquired 11,338 shares at a price of 219 pence per share on Monday.
Ford now holds a 0.04% stake in the company, with a total of 15,788 ordinary shares.
STV Group shares were trading up 2.00% or 4.30 pence before midday Tuesday, at 219.30 pence per share.
