(Alliance News) - St Modwen Properties PLC Wednesday said Non-Executive Director Sarah Whitney bought 9,000 shares at a price of 464 pence per share on Tuesday.
The purchase is Whitney's only holding after being appointed in September.
Shares in the property investment company were up 0.1% at 461.50p on Wednesday.
