(Alliance News) - SigmaRoc PLC said Thursday its Chair, Chief Executive Director and one Non-Executive Director purchased around GBP286,100 in shares between them on Wednesday.
Chair David Barrett bought 440,000 shares for 44 pence per share, bringing his total holding to 1.7 million shares, reflecting a 1.0% holding in the company.
Chief Executive Max Vermorken acquired 66,000 shares at the same price. He now holds 391,983 shares overall, representing a 0.2% stake.
Non-Executive Director Tim Hall purchased 150,000 shares also at 44.0p each, which now forms his total holding in SigmaRoc, or a 0.1% interest.
Shares in the construction materials firm were down 0.3% at 45.37 pence on Friday.
