DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Serabi Gold Non-Executive Director Sells Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Serabi Gold PLC Wednesday said Non-Executive Director Daniel Kunz sold 5.1 million shares in the company at a price of 5.75 pence per share on Tuesday.

The gold mining company said Kunz sold the shares to Fratelli Investments Ltd, which now holds 343.6 million shares, or 52.35% of the company.

Kunz now holds 468,642 shares in Serabi Gold.

Serabi Gold shares were down 4.1% to 5.75 pence on Wednesday.
