Director dealings: Redx CEO ups stake

(Sharecast News) - Redx Pharma revealed on Wednesday that chief executive Lisa Anson had acquired 39,998 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed drug discovery and development group.
Anson, who was appointed to the board of Redx back in April 2018, purchased the shares on Tuesday at an average price e of 50.0p each, for a total value of £19,999.

Back in August, Redx shares surged after it signed a licensing agreement with AstraZeneca for its porcupine inhibitor for fibrotic diseases, RXC006.

Under the terms of the agreement, AstraZeneca will pay Redx several early milestones that amount to $17.0m.

As of 1550 GMT, Redx shares were up 11.43% at 58.50p.
