LONDON (Alliance News) - The wife of Property Franchise Group PLC Chair Richard Martin has sold shares worth just under GBP2 million.
Kathryn Martin sold 1.3 million shares at a price of 147.75 pence each, net of commissions. The transaction was worth GBP1.9 million, and the two now hold 34% combined of the company.
Property Franchise shares were 0.6% higher on Thursday at 157.40p each.
