DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Polarean Imaging Director Allis Buys Shares

(Alliance News) - Polarean Imaging PLC on Wednesday said Non-Executive Director Jonathan Allis bought GBP99,921 worth of shares in eight different transactions on Monday.

Allis purchased 337,574 shares at an average price of 29.6 pence each.

Polarean shares closed 8.0% lower at 31.80p each on Wednesday in London.

Following the transactions, Allis holds 1.9 million Polarean shares, representing 1.6% of the company's issued share capital.
