DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Ocado Executives Acquire Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Ocado PLC Thursday said Chief Executive Tim Steiner and Executive Director Neill Abrams both acquired 7,745 shares at a price of 116.2 pence per share under the company ShareSave scheme Tuesday.

Following this transaction, Steiner and Abrams now hold 28.7 million shares and 1.8 million shares, respectively.

The grocery company's shares were down 0.7% at 446.20 pence Thursday.
