DIRECTOR DEALINGS: MS International Chairman Transfers Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - MS International PLC Thursday said Chairman Michael Bell transferred 18,190 shares into his wife's ISA account at a price of 191.5 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Bell's beneficial interest in the company remains unchanged at 4.8 million shares, representing approximately 28.9% of the current total voting rights.

Shares in the engineering products maker were untraded Thursday; they were last quoted at 191.50 pence.
