(Alliance News) - Automotive retailer Motorpoint Group PLC said Non-Executive Director David Shelton sold his entire stake in the company for GBP5.0 million on Thursday.
Shelton sold 2.4 million Motorpoint shares at a price of 210 pence each. Broker Numis Securities Ltd waived a lock-up agreement on the shares.
The transaction was carried out through Shoby Investments Partnership.
Motorpoint shares were 1.4% higher on Thursday afternoon in London at 217.00 pence each.
