M&G PLC - London-based investment manager - Incoming Chief Executive Officer Andrea Rossi buys 175,000 shares at GBP1.68, worth GBP293,125, and Chair Edward Braham buys 95,000 at GBP1.67, worth GBP158,460, both on Friday last week. Rossi joined M&G on Monday, replacing John Foley. He had been a senior adviser to Boston Consulting Group.

Oxford Nanopore Technologies PLC - Oxford, England-based company developing and selling nanopore sequencing products - Chief Strategy Officer James Willcocks sells 200,000 shares at USD2.91 and USD2.97, worth USD588,166, on Wednesday and Thursday last week.
