DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Marks & Spencer Food Boss Sells 40% Of Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Marks and Spencer Group PLC said Steve Rowe, executive director of its food division, sold 109,250 shares at a price of GBP4.8975 per share Tuesday.

Following this transaction, Rowe holds 160,714 shares, so the sale represented 40% of his shares.

Shares in the FTSE 100 retailer was trading at 488.60p, down 1.0% Tuesday.
