DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Lekoil CEO Increases Shareholding

LONDON (Alliance News) - Lekoil Limited said Chief Executive Officer Olalekan Akinyanmi bought 193,950 shares at a price of 28.38 pence per share Thursday.

Following this transaction, Akinyanmi now has a total shareholding in Lekoil of 41.9 million shares, representing approximately 11.5% of the issued ordinary share capital.

Shares in the West Africa-focused oil and gas company were up 5.9% at 28.85p Thursday.
