LONDON (Alliance News) - JPMorgan American Investment Trust PLC Friday said non-executive Director Simon Bragg bought 80 shares at a price of GBP11.6989 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Bragg now holds 3,002 shares, which represents less than a 1% stake in the firm.
The stock was trading at 1,176.13 pence Friday morning, down 1.87 pence or 0.2%
