LONDON (Alliance News) - John Lewis of Hungerford PLC Thursday said Non-Executive Director John Lewis sold 5 million shares at a price of 2.00 pence per share Wednesday.
Following this transaction, Lewis holds a beneficial interest in 72.5 million shares, representing 38.8% of the issued share capital.
Shares in the kitchen designer were untraded at 2.50p Thursday.
