LONDON (Alliance News) - IT and technology recruitment firm InterQuest Group PLC Thursday said that Executive Chairman Gary Ashworth transferred two million shares to his wife Clare Ashworth as a gift for nil consideration.
Gary Ashworth's 38.5% holding in the company remains unchanged, with a total of almost 12.8 million shares.
InterQuest shares were down 2.2% Thursday afternoon, trading at 90.00 pence per share.
