DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Inspirit Energy CEO Buys 4 Million Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Inspirit Energy Holdings PLC said Chief Executive Officer John Gunn bought 4 million shares at a price of 0.263 pence per share Friday.

Following this transaction, Gunn now holds 374 million shares, which represents 39.9% stake in the renewable product development company.

The stock was up 1.4% at 0.274p Friday.
