LONDON (Alliance News) - Infrastructure India PLC said Chief Executive Officer Sonny Lulla purchased 150,000 shares at a price of 12.0 pence per share Thursday.
As a result of the purchase, Lulla is now beneficially interested in a total of 1.0 million shares, representing a 0.15% stake.
Shares in the India-focused infrastructure fund were down 4.1% at 11.15p
