DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Hydrodec Directors Add To Holdings

LONDON (Alliance News) - Hydrodec Group PLC on Thursday said Non-Executive Chairman Lord Moynihan bought 472,267 shares in the company at 1.9 pence each on Wednesday.

He is now interested in 11.3 million Hydrodec shares, the company said, a 1.5% stake.

Andrew Black, a non-executive director, bought 14.0 million shares on Thursday, Hydrodec said, at 2.0p per share.

That gives Black an interest in 197.6 million shares, equal to just shy of a 27% stake.

Shares in Hydrodec closed up 12% at 2.15p Thursday.
