(Alliance News) - Hummingbird Resources PLC on Tuesday said Non-Executive Director Stephen Betts and his wife, Caroline Betts, both purchased shares on Monday.
Stephen Betts paid 23.8p per share for 82,377 shares, a transaction worth GBP19,606. Caroline Betts, meanwhile, paid the same price per share for 82,682 in a GBP19,678 deal.
Following these deals, Stephen Betts holds a beneficial interest in 877,601 shares, equivalent to a 0.25% stake in Hummingbird. This includes his wife's holding, as well as shares held by Stephen Betts & Sons Ltd (Self Administered) Pension Scheme.
Hummingbird Managing Director Daniel Betts also holds a beneficial interest in Stephen Betts & Sons Ltd and Stephen Betts & Sons Ltd (Self Administered) Pension Scheme.
Shares in Hummingbird closed down 2.1% at 23.00 pence in London on Tuesday.
