DIRECTOR DEALINGS: HSBC Non-Executive Joachim Faber Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - FTSE 100-listed banking giant HSBC Holdings PLC said Wednesday Non-Executive Director Joachim Faber bought shares worth GBP179,086 in a transaction on Wednesday.

Faber bought 26,616 shares at 672.8 pence each. Shares in HSBC closed 0.3% lower at 669.70 pence on Wednesday.

The holding of Faber after the transaction as not disclosed.
