LONDON (Alliance News) - Hansard Global PLC said that Non-Executive Director Leonard Polonsky purchased 300,000 shares over the course of six days.
100,000 shares were purchased at a price of 62.1 pence per share on Thursday last week.
100,000 shares were bought at 60.8p each on Friday last week.
Finally, 100,000 shares were acquired at 62.7 pence per share on Tuesday.
It has not been disclosed how many shares Polonsky now holds in total following this transaction.
Shares in Hansard Global closed down 0.6% at 62.20 pence on Thursday.
