(Alliance News) - Gamesys PLC said Executive Chair Neil Goulden bought shares worth GBP76,650 in the online bingo and gambling firm in a transaction on Friday.
Goulden bought 10,500 shares in Gamesys at 730 pence each. Shares in Gamesys were 1.9% higher at 739p on Friday.
After the transaction, Goulden held 105,500 shares in the company.
