LONDON (Alliance News) - Frenkel Topping Group said Managing Director Richard Fraser sold 1.1 million shares Thursday, representing 1.74% of the issued share capital of the company, from his SIPP at 26p per share.
Following the sale, Fraser continues to hold 3.3 million shares, representing 5.23% of the financial advisory firm.
Frenkel Topping shares were quoted Thursday afternoon at 26.80 pence, up 0.80p or 3.1%.
