LONDON (Alliance News) - Frenkel Topping Group PLC Monday said Managing Director Richard Fraser bought 78,525 shares at a price of 29.9 pence each.
Following the transaction, Fraser holds 3.4 million shares, representing approximately 5.35% of the company's issued share capital.
Shares in the financial advice company were up 3.1% at 29.90 pence Monday morning.
