LONDON (Alliance News) - Falkland Islands Holdings PLC Tuesday said Managing Director John Foster transferred 5,000 shares to his personal pension fund.
Foster's shareholding remains unchanged at 61,153 shares.
Shares were up 1.4% at 360.00 pence Tuesday.
