DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Enteq Upstream CEO Buys 200,000 Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Enteq Upstream PLC Monday said Chief Executive Officer Martin Perry bought 200,000 shares at a price of 37 pence per share Friday.

Following this transaction, Perry holds 908,802 shares, which represents 1.54% of the share capital.

Shares in the oil and gas exploration equipment provider were trading up 3.5% at 37.01p Monday morning.
