(Alliance News) - EJF Investments Ltd said on Wednesday that EJF Capital Ltd acquired shares worth a total of GBP1.9 million.
EJF Capital is investment manager to the financial sector-focused investment company.
EJF Capital bought 1.1 million shares at GBP1.725 each in a transaction on Monday. Following the transaction, EJF Capital holds around 1.8 million shares, representing 2.8% of EJF Investments issued share capital.
The stock closed flat at 167.50 pence each on Wednesday in London.
