LONDON (Alliance News) - Hotel operator easyHotel PLC Thursday said Chief Executive Officer Guy Parsons bought 70,422 shares at a price of 71 pence per share Wednesday.
Following this transaction, Parsons holds 196,255 shares, which represents 0.314% stake.
The stock was up 1.5% at 70.00p Thursday.
