LONDON (Alliance News) - Driver Group PLC Wednesday said Non-Executive Chairman Alan McClue sold 625,000 shares for 97.706 pence each on Tuesday.
Part of the sale proceeds were used to satisfy tax liabilities.
McClue now holds a total of 317,500 shares, representing a 1.14% stake in the company.
Shares in the construction consultancy were untraded early Wednesday at 103.00 pence.
