LONDON (Alliance News) - Driver Group PLC Wednesday said Chairman Alan McClue exercised options over a total of 625,000 shares under the company's employee share option scheme. The options comprise 250,000 shares with an exercise price of 21.5 pence per share and a further 375,000 shares exercised at no cost.
Following this transaction, McClue holds 942,500 shares, which represents 3.4% stake in the firm.
Shares were flat at 110.00p Wednesday.
