LONDON (Alliance News) - Diurnal Group PLC Tuesday said Lynne Raymond, wife of Non-Executive Director Alan Raymond, purchased 9,000 shares at a price of 110 pence each Monday.
Following the transaction, Alan Raymond and his connected parties have a total interest in 22,888 shares.
The stock was up 4.2% at 112.00p Tuesday.
