LONDON (Alliance News) - Jaywing PLC said Non-Executive Director Charles Buddery stepped down from the board with immediate effect Monday.
"The board would like to thank Charles for his invaluable support over the last three and a half years, and for his input into the success and strategic direction of the business. The board wishes Charles all the best in his future endeavours," Jaywing said in a statement.
The company also said Buddery, together with his wife, sold a total of 3.5 million shares at 31.5 pence each on Monday.
The deal is worth about GBP1.1 million gross. He now holds a beneficial interest in 406,615 shares, or 0.5% of issued shares.
The stock was trading at 34.00p, up 1.5% Monday.
