LONDON (Alliance News) - Coral Products PLC Monday said Chairman Joe Grimmond bought 40,000 shares at a price of 13.4 pence per share Friday.
Following this transaction, Grimmond holds 5 million shares, which represents 8.8% stake in the firm.
Shares in the plastic products maker were up 3.4% at 13.70p Monday.
